Eyelash extensions are synthetic lashes that are applied one by one to your natural eyelashes.  

Q: How long do they last?

With proper care and maintenance they can last between 2-3 weeks, exact timing varies per person.  To maintain your look, come in for a re-fill session every 2 weeks. 

Q: Are eyelash extensions safe?

Yes, When properly applied eyelash extensions are completely safe.

Q: I just had my lashes applied, why did some fall out immediately?

Our natural lashes shed daily and grow all at the same time. There are three phases to our natural growth cycle.

The lashes you have noticed are in their Telogen phase and were simply ready to shed.

Q: What is a refill and how often should I get one?

Refills are done every 2-3 weeks depending on care and how quickly your eyelashes grown.

Refills are more economical, take a shorter period of time, and keep your lashes looking natural and full
